All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided excellent quality service for our established and future clientele.
COVID-19 POLICY
To keep the salon a safe place for everyone during the spread of COVID-19:
Please have your mask on before entering the salon. COVID-19 is a respiratory disease hence clients are required to cover their nose, mouth and chin with the mask and keep it on during the full length of your presence in the salon.
If you are showing signs /symptoms of illness such as fever, cold, cough, chills etc. your appointment will be rescheduled for another time.
No more than 3 people are allowed in the salon during operating time, including myself.
Do not bring additional guests or children with you unless it is previously discussed.
SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the salon at 732-317-2231, please leave a message and your phone number if you want us to call you back, or through the appointment request form on our website www.geetaz.com.
All requests are answered within 24-36 hours, except on weekends.
A valid debit card/credit card is required to hold the appointment. Since the services are reserved for you personally, in the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and/or cancellations, a fee (as stated in the cancellation policy) will be applied to your card. Please note that by providing us with the credit card information you are giving us permission to charge the fees in case of any adjustments, cancellations or no shows.
All hair and makeup services require a 50% nonrefundable /nontransferable deposit to confirm the appointment.
Appointment requests within 48 hours require a non-refundable/ non- transferable deposit of 100% of the service fee.
RUNNING LATE
If we do not start on scheduled time we will not be able to finish on time for the following appointment.
If you are running more than 20 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment may have to be rescheduled unless the stylist is available to take your appointment. In case of multiple scheduled services, it is likely that we have to reschedule part of the services. You will be charged for all the services scheduled for that time though.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you're going to be late. No-Show & Cancellation Policy will be applied. (See policy below)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes adjustments or cancellations are necessary, therefore, we request:
24 HOURS NOTICE FOR ALL EYEBROWS SHAPING APPOINTMENTS
48 HOURS NOTICE FOR ALL OTHER SERVICES APPOINTMENTS, FROM MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY and
72 HOURS NOTICE FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Since the time is reserved especially for you, following cancellation fee will apply:
No Charges if notification given at least 48 hours prior to your appointment Monday through Thursday and 72 hours on Friday and Saturday.
50% charge of the reserved service amount if notification is given between 24-48 hour prior to appointment times for Monday through Thursday and 48-72 hours on Friday and Saturday.
50% charge of the reserved service amount if appointments are made within a 24 hour period, and not cancelled within 8 hours of scheduling the appointment.
100% of the reserved service amount for multiple services not cancelled 48 hours Monday through Thursday/72 hours Friday and Saturday prior to the scheduled time.
100% charge of the reserved service amount if notification given less than 24 hours or if there is failure to show up.
Please note that by providing us with the credit card information you are giving us permission to charge the fees in case of any adjustments and/or cancellations or no shows apply.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICES ON THE DAY OF- POLICY
You will be charged for all the services you were booked for.
TEXT CONFIRMATIONS
Confirmation texts are sent on your mobile phones so please make sure that the salon has your correct number. Please confirm the appointment by typing C in response. Not confirming a text reminder is not the same as cancelling, you must call or email to request cancellation.
These appointments are then confirmed 5 days prior and again 24 hours prior to the appointment.
NEW GUEST HAIR COLOR SERVICES
We require a consultation prior to scheduling a service appointment for all new guests. This consultation allows the Stylist/Colorist and the guest to discuss the vision, time required, pricing and if necessary, a strand test.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Please let the stylist know before leaving the salon if you have any concerns or questions about the services received. Any adjustments must be scheduled within 5-7 business days. Acceptance of completed services is acknowledgement by client that the service is done to his / her satisfaction.
PRICING
Pricing is based on the amount of time needed, products used and level of skill required to perform the service for desired results. There will be a price increase for extra length and/or dense hair. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you have specific questions regarding pricing, please inquire prior to being services. For color services, we are able to give close estimates only prior to the service. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
